I lead on Teaching and Learning, overseeing the quality of curriculum provision, this includes staff training, CPD and inducting early careers teachers. I also line manage STEM, Languages and the Critical world, working with a wide range of experienced staff in the delivery of their courses, supporting a wide and diverse curriculum offer.

I support the Headteacher with the curriculum strategy, timetabling, exam and student performance data captures. Helping with the day to day running of the Sixth Form, including working with teachers to provide a high quality experience for our students.
