Science studies into crime investigation

forensic science class

Students of The Bedford Sixth Form took part in a realistic Forensic Science activity to let them see what’s involved in a career as Scenes of Crime Officers (SoCO).

Promoting Forensic Science

Teacher of Science at The Bedford Sixth Form, Dr. Deepshikha, FHEA, MRSC said:

“The event was aimed at providing students from various study streams with an opportunity to examine, collect, and photograph evidence of a crime scene.

“I am pleased to report that the event was a great success. The students enjoyed and learned from it, and we received positive feedback from attendees. I believe that this event has helped us achieve our objective of promoting forensic science among students”
