Student bloggers needed!

Are you passionate about writing? Would you like to earn some extra money? Then we have just the thing…

We are looking to recruit up to two student bloggers to write a series of blogs throughout the academic year. These will be on a fortnightly basis and you will be paid £12.64 per blog you write. It is expected that each blog will be around 400-600 words in length and to a high standard of English. Primarily the blogs will convey your thoughts about the Sixth Form, activities and trips that occur on your course, as well as any enrichment you are involved in or extra-curricular interests. You will also write about your career aspirations, what your plans post-Sixth Form are, whilst also making links to current affairs to give a more personal tone of voice to your blog.

If you are interested please fill in the form below. As there are only up to two vacancies for these roles, we require a sample blog entry to make sure we find the most suitable candidates. Please note, by submitting a sample blog you will not be paid. As long as the blog entry is Sixth Form related, you can choose to write about anything you wish – perhaps memories of your first day or your experiences to date. After all sample blog entries have been received we will notify you if you have been successful or not. You can view a sample of a great student blog here. Good luck with your entry!

Deadline for sample blog entries: Tuesday 3 December
