Applied Law Diploma (Cancelled)

This course is an AS/A Level equivalent and offers an exciting alternative to anyone interested in studying Law, but struggles with exams. The course will give students an understanding of the English legal system. In particular, you will become familiar with the various people involved in the legal system. You will also gain knowledge of the process by which laws are created. Furthermore, you will study a variety of crimes, including murder, manslaughter and property offences. You will also examine the area of tort law, in particular the tort of negligence.
